The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. If not paid, the Tenant must move out by March 6, 2023. The Tenant owes $10,385.18 plus $21.37 per day from February 15, 2023, until move-out. If not paid by March 6, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually.
