What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by June 29, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay by June 29, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by June 29, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
