What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated if the Tenants do not pay $2,235.27 by February 28, 2023 or $3,315.23 by March 6, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenants do not make the required payment, they must vacate the unit by March 6, 2023 and the Landlord can proceed with the eviction.
