What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both Landlords and Tenants. Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction starting March 1, 2022.
