The previous consent order TSL-20192-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by January 15, 2022. The Tenants owe no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest exceeds the arrears. The Tenants owe daily compensation of $26.93 per day starting October 1, 2021 until they move out or get evicted.
