What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 28, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,806.00 in rent arrears and $25.32 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 1, 2021 until the date they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
