What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy, but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by January 15, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office to enforce the eviction. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $190 for the application fee.
