What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the LTB.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 3, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,051.45 less any payments made since January 10, 2023. If the Tenant does not vacate by April 3, 2023, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant also owes daily compensation of $47.67 from March 24, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
