What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on November 25, 2019 with respect to application NOL-37712-19. The Tenant was ordered to refrain from knocking on or entering other Tenant's units to obtain money, food, cigarettes, etc. but on August 9, 2020, the Tenant failed to comply by banging on the door of apartment #3, threatening the Tenant and demanding money.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 11, 2020. If the unit is not vacated on or before October 11, 2020, then starting October 12, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
