What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order. The Tenant refused to allow the Landlord access to inspect the rental unit, threatened the Landlord and his family with a gun, and continued to interfere with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment of the property.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 21, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
