The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2020. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before August 31, 2020. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $45.96 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from September 1, 2020 to the date they move out of the unit.
