The tenancy is terminated effective June 22, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,470.19, which includes rent arrears up to June 11, 2021 and the cost of the previous application. The Tenant must also pay $23.05 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 12, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 22, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting June 23, 2021.
