What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant substantially interfering with the Landlord's lawful right, privilege or interest by refusing entry to the rental unit for pest control treatment on multiple occasions.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to cooperate with the Landlord by preparing the rental unit for and allowing access for pest control treatments for a one-year period. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
