What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their behavior substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex, and for wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022. The Tenants must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not vacate by February 28, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement starting March 1, 2022.
