The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2022. Tenants must pay $328.87 to the Landlord, representing rent owing up to February 16, 2022, less the rent deposit and interest. Tenants must also pay $58.09 per day for compensation starting February 17, 2022, until they move out. If full payment is not made by February 27, 2022, interest will be charged at 2.00% annually from February 28, 2022.
