What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 20, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,879.35, which includes rent arrears up to September 9, 2021 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit. The Tenant must also pay $34.44 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 10, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 20, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
