The parties reached an agreement at the hearing. The Tenants are ordered to pay the December 2020 rent by December 18, 2020 and the $11,375 in rent arrears on a payment schedule. If the Tenants file an application against the Landlord by January 14, 2021, they will not be required to make any payments towards the arrears until their application is decided.
