What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants had vacated the rental unit as of January 31, 2021.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $3,779.34, which represents the amount of rent owing up to January 31, 2021. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before October 17, 2021, the Tenants will start to owe interest at a rate of 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
