What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective September 4, 2021. The Tenants failed to pay the total rent required for the period from August 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022.

The ruling

Additional compensation of $65.75 per day is due from February 24, 2022 until the Tenants move out. Tenants must also pay $186.00 for the application filing cost. If full payment is not made by March 6, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
