What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The application was considered without a hearing.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and Tenants must move out by February 13, 2023. If not vacated by then, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting February 14, 2023. The Tenants have until February 12, 2023, to file a motion with the LTB to set aside the order.
