What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was resolved by order TSL-22289-21 issued on September 22, 2021. The Tenant requested a review of the order, and the review was held on December 20, 2021.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction based on rent arrears is discontinued. As the Tenant has paid all rent arrears and additional rent due, there is no reasonable cause of action to proceed on the Landlord's application for compensation and arrears.
