What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant had fallen into arrears but paid them in full in December 2021.
The ruling
The tenancy will continue as long as the Tenant pays the rent on time for the next 12 months. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application by February 27, 2022.
