What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties agreed to resolve all the issues in the application and the LTB issued an Order on consent confirming their agreement.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for eviction starting August 1, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $30.41 per day for use of the unit from August 1, 2021 until the move-out date. The Sheriff is directed to give vacant possession to the Landlord on or after August 1, 2021. The Landlord agrees to accept 30 days notice for earlier termination.
