What happened
Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex.
The ruling
The Tenants' application was dismissed without prejudice, as the Landlord had not received the Tenants' disclosure package and natural justice requires that a party has the right to know the case they have to defend against from the start of the proceedings.
