The tenancy is terminated effective March 18, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both parties. Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting March 19, 2022.
