What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $6,827.26 by July 31st, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by July 31st, 2022, and pay $2,099.00 plus $46.67 per day from June 22nd, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting August 1st, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
