What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $10,628.00 by May 31, 2023. If not paid, Tenants must vacate by June 4, 2023. The Landlord owes the Tenants $265.82 after deducting arrears from the rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $60.58 per day for use of the unit from January 5, 2023 until the Tenants move out.
