What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The parties consented to the order.
The ruling
The tenants shall pay the full rent on time for 12 months starting March 1, 2024. If the tenants fail to comply, the landlord may apply for an eviction order without notice to the tenants. The tenants shall also pay the $186 application fee by February 14, 2024. If the fee is not paid by then, the tenants will start owing interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
