The tenancy is terminated effective January 27, 2024. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,320.93 in compensation for use of the unit from August 1, 2023 to January 3, 2024, less amounts already paid. The Tenants must also pay $66.16 per day from January 4, 2024 until they vacate. The Landlord owes the Tenants $2,012.77 for the rent deposit and interest.
