What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to the Tenants' children willfully causing undue damage to the residential complex, substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord and other tenants, and committing an illegal act in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,230.50, which includes the cost of repairing the damage caused by the Tenants' children and the application filing fee. If the unit is not vacated by October 31, 2021, the Tenants will owe the Landlord $46.03 per day until they vacate.
