What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 20, 2021, unless the Tenants void the order by paying $11,556.58 on or before January 31, 2021, or $13,488.16 on or before February 20, 2021. If the Tenants do not make the required payment, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
