What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was resolved by order CEL-02099-21 issued on December 9, 2021. On July 22, 2022, Tenant Alex Ciancio requested a review of the order, which was granted. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application.

The ruling

The Tenant's request for review is granted. The original order issued will be varied to remove Alex Ciancio as a Tenant and responding party. The remainder of the order remains confirmed and unchanged. The interim order issued on July 25, 2022 is cancelled, and the stay of order CEL-02099-21 is lifted immediately.
