What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 26, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,515.80, plus $21.37 per day starting February 16, 2022. If the Tenant pays $6,686.00 on or before February 26, 2022, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
