What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Tenants Troy Baltus and Mohrgan Prattus, and to evict the Unauthorized Occupant Gordon Petts. The Landlord also applied for an order requiring the Unauthorized Occupant to pay compensation for the use and occupation of the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of April 26, 2021. The Tenants and the Unauthorized Occupant shall move out of the rental unit on or before April 26, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by April 26, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (the Sheriff) for enforcement.
