What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $6,160.07 to void the order and continue the tenancy by November 18, 2022. If the Tenants do not pay this amount, the tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must pay $3,096.02 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $45.88 from October 25, 2022 until they vacate the unit.
