What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to terminate the Co-op Member's occupancy rights and evict the Co-op Member due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges.
The ruling
The Co-op Member's occupancy rights are terminated, and the member unit must be vacated on or before July 18, 2015. If the Co-op Member fails to void the Order by paying the amount owing, the Co-op Member shall pay the Co-op $7,224.66 by July 18, 2015. If the Co-op Member does not pay the full amount owing on or before July 18, 2015, the Co-op Member will start to owe interest on any unpaid amounts beginning July 19, 2015.
