What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant had reduced the rent arrears to $804 by the hearing date. The parties agreed to a repayment plan.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the full lawful rent for July 2021 by July 22, 2021, and pay $100 towards the $804 arrears by July 22, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the full lawful rent each month from August 2021 to April 2022, and pay $100 per month towards the arrears from August 2021 to January 2022. The Tenant shall pay a final arrears payment of $104 by February 10, 2022, and pay $93 per month from March 2022 to April 2022 to reimburse the Landlord's filing fee. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
