The tenancy is terminated effective January 15, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,386.00 to the Landlord or the Board in trust by that date. The Tenant must pay $533.31 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $47.67 per day starting January 5, 2022, until they move out. The Tenant must also pay $186.00 for the application filing cost.
