What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to end the occupancy and evict the Co-op Members due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges.
The ruling
The occupancy shall continue provided that the Co-op Members pay the arrears of $3,862 in monthly installments of $500 starting October 20, 2014 until April 20, 2015, with a final installment of $362 due on May 20, 2015. The Co-op Members shall also continue to pay the regular monthly housing charges as they become due.
