What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenant one-month's rent compensation by July 31, 2018. If the payment is not made, the application will be dismissed. If the payment is made, a final order will issue terminating the tenancy effective July 31, 2018.
