What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 18, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,743.51 plus $243.37 per day starting April 8, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 18, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 0% annually on the outstanding balance starting April 19, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by April 18, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction starting April 19, 2021.
