What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order. The Tenant failed to pay the monthly rent and arrears as specified in the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by July 6, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $788.05 in rent arrears and $24.08 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting June 26, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 6, 2021, the Landlords can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
