What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 23, 2020. If the Tenants vacate the rental unit on or before March 15, 2020, the Landlords shall pay the sum of $1,000.00 to each of the Tenants.
