What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $18,784.64 by March 3, 2023 or $19,784.64 by March 5, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by March 5, 2023 and pay the Landlord $16,221.63 plus daily compensation of $32.88 from January 20, 2023 until move-out.
