The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated as of July 22, 2021, the date the Tenants were evicted by the Sheriff. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $201 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 1, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
