What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for their son.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2021, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the Tenant does not vacate by May 31, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
