What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The condition was that the Tenant not interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of the unit for other Tenants by playing loud music.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 18, 2022. The Landlord is authorized to offset $12.82 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting January 8, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by January 18, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
