What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant and Unauthorized Occupant due to the Tenant transferring occupancy of the rental unit to the Unauthorized Occupant without the Landlord's consent.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated as of May 20, 2019. The Unauthorized Occupant must move out by August 15, 2020 and pay the Landlord $32.88 per day for use of the unit from May 21, 2019 to the move-out date, less any rent paid, as well as the $190 application fee. If the unit is not vacated by August 15, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
