What happened

Landlords applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants had previously signed a N11 notice of termination effective April 30, 2020 but did not vacate by the termination date. The Landlords then served them with a N4 notice of termination with a date of termination of June 3, 2020. The Tenants vacated the rental unit on June 25, 2020.
