What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenants did not meet the conditions of the previous order to pay rent arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 2, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $16,441.23, plus $55.73 per day starting October 1, 2021 until the Tenants vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 2, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
